Mark came at the time they said he would and was in constant communication with us before arriving. He did an awesome job converting our garage springs. He answered all our questions with no judgment. We were quoted with a price that we find decent and fair.

Technion showed up early for appointment. Looked over door opener, adjusted sensors. DID NOT try to sell new unit-! Great value! Good Technion!!

It is good they are fast to answer inquiries. Hope the service cost could be more affordable because it came from Angi.

Pacific contacted me almost immediately after I posted my project on Home Advisor. They came out to provide an estimate within 24 hours, and installed the new garage door opener first thing in the morning. Excellent response time and service. The installer, Anthony, was professional, knowledgeable, and excellent to work with.

First of all, they were the only ones to actually reach out to me to talk about my project, which they did immediately. Mark arrived within the timeframe I was given, gave me a professional diagnosis of my problem, a cost estimate, laid out my options and then worked with me to address my particular circumstances and concerns. I appreciated his professional attitude, ethical business practices AND his skillset. I've employed multiple contractors and companies that bill themselves as pros for various home projects this year and been astounded at the lack of ethics displayed by some, others who were clearly unskilled as well as some who were just plain greedy. It was refreshing to finally come across someone who was actually professional, demonstrated a relevant skill set and showed a willingness to meet customer needs. I live in a neighborhood where we're all experiencing the same repair needs because our homes were built at the same time. I would recommend this company to anyone.
