I called Cameron Moore on 2-3-25 and told him I had carpenter ants and he said he was in area and would come over as soon as he finished a spray job. He arrived with a helper, I don't remember his name. I showed him an ant I had killed and he verified it was carpenter ants. He said he could spray and get rid of them. He said the charge would be $229. I agreed and we talked about him coming back in April to confirm that the ants are gone and spraying again just to be sure. He sprayed with a power solution on the kitchen wall where he said the ants were and he sprayed on the porch outside that is next to the kitchen. He said some wood got wet there and that is where the ants started. He put the spray down in kitchen probably 6 to 7 feet and the same distance on the porch. He put down 2 red circular traps on the floor and one on the window sill of that wall. He did not spray anywhere else. I gave him my credit card and he ran it through. I said I should probably have a contract and he said he would email it to me. My error in not reading it before he left. When I did read it, I emailed back and said that was not what we agreed. We agreed he would come back in April to spray again to make sure ants were gone. It was not a one time service. (I trusted him being an Angie Contractor.) He never responded to me at all. That is when the red flags started going up. Some ants died in the kitchen but I continued to see them, He said I would for a week or so. But, they continued to appear in the kitchen and also appeared in the bathroom and bedroom. I called him on 2-24-25 on the 402-322-2856 number and a voice message said that the number was now for Top Net Pet Solutions, LLC. I called him on the 402-796-6100 number and he answered. I asked about him not being in business as a pest control company anymore and he was stuttering and told me that he was now doing both. Another red flag. I told him that the ants continued to appear and now at a new location also. He said he was sorry to hear that and that he would come out tomorrow at 10:00 (2-25-25). He would spray again and there would be no charge. He never kept the appointment and he never called to cancel or change it. I tried calling him but I received a typed message back saying he was on the phone and would call back. I tried calling the next day. No response. Never heard from him again.

Everything went great and we scheduled for a future service

I contacted this company to do pest control at my elderly mothers home. Set up a time with him and had my mother go stay with family out of town while services were scheduled to be done. He showed up that Friday and said he had to go get a helper and never returned. Contacted him Monday and was told he would be out at 3pm. No call, no show. Do not waste your time with this company.

Can and Brennon were very professional and kind. They guarantee their customers that the job will get done. Guaranteed work and have great deals . I had bed bugs and these guys did a great job with getting rid them very quickly. I highly recommend these wonderful guys! Prime is the best way to go!

They were fantastic, they called me within 5 minutes after I submitted the request and did the job in 2 hours.

Cam (Prime Pest) came the next day. I was so grateful. Had my yearly ant invasion. He and partner were prompt, professional and easy to talk to. He offered me a contract but was open to my request to spray once. Once in the past was good enough for our problem with ants. I told him I would be open to a contract if our problem continued. He was very understanding. Would definitely recommend his services.

Explain everything well what I should be looking for over next few days. Let me know that they would continue to communicate with me I wasnâ t at home when Brandon came out and he call me to let me know he was there offer me a treatment to get rid of other pest infestations that will help improve the overall condition for my home appreciated the other information Thanky you

This company was knowledgable, fast and attentive to detail. The owner, Cameron, was very helpful with working around my schedule and taking the time to answer my questions. I would definitely recommend them for any pest or lawn issues.
