I initially ordered 3 entry gates but they stepped in and saved me when my old contractor walked out without completing his contract. I’m so relieved to have finally found a professional reliable company with great people to work with.

They cane out right away to look at the gate I wanted to replace. They asked lots of questions to help me decide what kind of gate I wanted and were quick to manufacture and install it. It seemed expensive to me but I had never done this kind of work before. The end result is working beautifully.

On-time, surveyed the problem and fixed within minutes. I was impressed. I would hire them again in a minute. This is the second time I contacted Prime Access Control. I called them in the early morning and the repairs were completed by noon the same day. That is great service. The pricing was reasonable too.

Amazing customer service! Amazing and stellar communication skills. I text them and I get a text or phone call back within 15 min. Work quality is EXCELLENT and beautiful. My automated gate is a work of art. Follow up communication was fabulous. These three gentlemen have my business forever. In terms of value for the product/services rendered, my project was not cheap. But you get what you pay for. My beautiful gate will hold up for many many years to come. I highly doubt I will have to replace this gate in my lifetime. I could have gone with a cheaper company and in fact, I did get a cheaper quote for a similar job, but I highly doubt that I would have received a quality product like what I did receive. I want to emphasize the customer service from Prime Access. These guys are absolutely THE BEST and so easy and fun to work with. Communication is everything for me and Prime Access delivered.
