My overall experience was excellent. Patrick was very knowledgeable and made sure to educate me on what my cooling system’s problem was as well as other information about the type of system I have. He made sure to show me exactly what was going on. He informed me upfront of any additional cost past my warranties coverage. Furthermore, he made recommendations for additional things needed to ensure that my system would continue to run Smoothly for the winter and what is needed for the spring when it’s time for cooling. I would definitely recommend and will be using PHD again!

The technician and supervisor were very friendly , caring and professional., The technician duly explained the nature of this problem affecting the heat pump. They gave a month warranty and the supervisor called me a week later to ask how the heat pump was doing after the repairs. This is a very reliable and good Company. I had value for the money that I paid.

Mr. Viera was on time, I got a 30-45 min call ahead before his arrival, and he was promptly, he is very friendly, professional when he arrived, told me that not to worry, that the issues I was having with my AC that he was gonna take care of it, and he was also was gonna go beyond to make sure that my whole system, was not gonna fail as long as he thoroughly checked it, and let me know if there was anything else that needed to be taken care of it while he was here. So I definitely would hire this company again, and recommend it to anyone in the DMV area.
