Write a ReviewYes very friendly fast and ibqas completely satisfied great work Samuel D was excellent
Chris the tech was good he knew how to service us
Could not ask for friendlier service techs! Due to my work was just completed yesterday, I would say as of right now, my water ð ¦ leak that was wasting 10 gallons of precious water every hour is fixed. It seems the biggest complaint on this company is the cost. It is very expensive. James did give a cost before the service. I will be honest and say this, as fast as the leak was found â located within 3 shovels of dirtâ No water had to be pumped. Too much mud, the pump would not work. I was expecting the price to be lowered. However it was not. I say this! My wasting water is fixed. ( hopefully) my mind is clear and I slept very good. If I or other customers are intentionally deceived in pricing, it will truly come back on the company. It always does. Sometimes a slow burn ð ¥ other times poof! Up in smoke. I have nothing bad to say about the service that was given once they got here. Today is Beautiful! I
Had a small drip emitting from the showerhead and called them. Was told it would be $55 just to look at the issue and diagnose the problem and if hired, the $55 would be included in the total repair cost. Wanted almost $600 and said they would need to replace the shower fixture (which was replaced 3 months prior BRAND NEW from a different plumber). I told them I could not afford that. Was asked how much was I looking to spend (which I took as them trying to work with me), and I told them I was expecting maybe $150 because it is a small drip from the showerhead. He came with a second offer of $311 and asked if I could work with that. I asked the wife and she said she would help me pay it so I agreed and he gave me the work order to sign & not soon after signing the work order, HE WAS DONE. took all of 5-7 minutes and he THEN TELLS ME he only placed a small black rubber band piece inside the showerhead and then tells me it may last me a month, it may last me 6 months. but you will still need a new shower fixture replacement and there is NO WARRANTY ON THE WORK I JUST DID. He then shows me the small black rubber band piece he put inside the showerhead to temporarily hold the drip (which is the size of a grain of rice and probably no more than $1 for a bag of 200 pieces). I was infuriated. Why not tell me all of this for the $311 price before I signed the work order for you to fix my showerhead so that I could agree to a temporary 1-6 month patch job or let me save my money and hire someone else that would not try to tell me my brand new shower fixture needs to be replaced?? I called and asked to speak to the person in charge and after he rambled on why his worker did not specify he would not fix the shower fixture he claimed needed to be replaced for the $311, the owner then said he would allow me to get the full shower fixture replacement if I paid the difference adding up to the almost $600 within 30 days. I made up my mind that if they would take advantage of me knowing I needed the drip to stop because of the water bill needing to be adjusted with proof of a plumbers bill, paying the other $200-some odd dollars for them to come back and do that they told me would be done for the money would be a bad idea because the job might be half to keep me needing their service.
