PSJ Construction Company did an outstanding job installing my new dishwasher and removing the old one. Paul was incredibly professional, punctual, and detail-oriented. He worked efficiently, ensuring everything was installed correctly and left the area spotless. His expertise and skill were evident, and he took the time to answer my questions. Paul and PSJ Construction exceeded my expectations and I will hire them again for future projects. If you need an appliance installation or construction work done right, I highly recommend them!

He was very efficient. Understood the assignment very well. Didn?t hesitate to explain the importance of the job. Told me how well the storm door will save me money. Did an awesome job with the clean up. I?m very pleased with his work and will contact him again when more work is needed.

had to pay another contractor to fix the work that was done. The New contractor was astonished about how poorly the vanity was trimmed . He also could not understand why the baseboard was removed and replaced with a piece that does not match the other wall . He also did not cut it correctly. Therefore, everything had to be torn out a replaced.
I apologize for not meeting your expectations my first responsibility is to always please the customer I did a great job on your microwave, then having to adjust a vanity that was not meant to fit in that area was somewhat of a difficult task to please you completely. No big loss you didn't pay me for the work.
Extremely knowledgeable with great customer service. After he arrived, and I watched him work. Then I asked him to handle another project, which was done just as efficiently.

He was very unprofessional and used scare tactics to try to get me to let him do more things. He started 3 jobs did not finish any of them, argued with his employees the whole time he was here and then he yelled at me and told me that I did not know anything. And now he is threatening to take a lean on my property if I do not pay him the full amount. I did not feel safe.
I am very sorry that our professional relationship has fallen apart like this. Customer satisfaction is always my number 1 priority, and to anyone reading this, know that I did my very best to satisfy the customer. We started off with a closet, which went great, and the customer asked to add on additional work. We had even already set a precedent that her primary needs were about function and cost. So, I set out to build the shelving according to the broad specifications shed given me. Part way through that, she interrupted saying that it didn't look good enough for what she wanted.
