Was the first to reply to my offer. I was a bit perplexed that some of the others did not reply, but he was also tied for the lowest price. Was ready to do it almost immediately. Porch part of the project was done a week after the contract was signed, final touchup of the garage trim delayed because of weather for 3 days. No problem, He also sent pictures of the completed work. Job looks done.

Pol and his team did a perfect job replacing the grout for the tile flooring in my foyer, half bath and kitchen. It was professionally done and they were incredibly efficient and finished the job in less than eight hours. I highly recommend Pol and his team!
