These guys know what they are doing. We had them do extensive work on the exterior of our home. They took down the old wood. Put up half-inch plywood, Hardie wrap, and then they applied the Hardie boards. They also replaced all of my trim with Hardie Trim. They did a great job, and we couldn't be happier. They also did a nice job of cleaning up once they were done. The price was fair as well. If you have wood rot and are ready to make the change, call Peter and his crew.
