Responded same day I found them on Service Magic. Made appointment that Friday for the following Tuesday. Arrived right on time and did the work without delay. Included an ottoman in the price of a sofa and chair. Did a good job of cleaning my furniture and left no mess. Very professional and friendly.

Very professional, called to verify appointment time. called when on the way and arrived right on time. Friendly, courteous, and worked quickly and efficiently. Did a beautiful job, too. I couldn't be more pleased.

When I made my appointment, I spoke with the owner of the company and he gave me his number saying if the technician was late or I hadn't heard from him to call him directly and he would take care of it. That, to me, is amazing customer service!
