We paid 325$ for skunk removal. They came out once and did not return. I texted the owner 3 days ago and no response. First time they came out... Took our money and now they will not finish the job.

Response from Company:

We trapped here and caught a skunk within the first 2-3 days. Which is left out of this review. This customer was told not to seal the skunk burrow but ended up doing so. We informed to reach out after the freeze if there was more activity, and this review is the first we have heard.

Eric came out the same day to inspect our property. He was the most honest with our issues. (Some other company tried to sell us insulation we did not need.) We went with the services and he was able to complete all the work the same day. We did not hear any noise after the first day for the remaining two weeks,

Unreliable, scheduling problems after the initial walk around and placement of traps.

We are vert sorry you feel this way. Your schedule was not very easy to negotiate, You were only available One day a week with a timeframe that was extremely small. We tried our best to be open to navigate your availability.

Had my insulation replaced due to warming issues with the weather change. These guys came out offered a free inspection and quote that was very reasonably priced. Two Weeks later after they trapped for free to make sure there were no critters I had brand new insulation!

They picked up a trap dropped off a trap and have never come back and are not responding to calls or texts. Very disappointed

Owner called to confirm time to set trap. Regularly checked trap (daily) to see if opossum was caught and it did, several days later. Another trap has been set. Courteous. Always called before coming. Humane trapping.

    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
