Stay away from this company! They?ll sell you a basic cleaning service for $119, but then upsell you with additional services, claiming that what you initially purchased is only the bare minimum and doesn?t include important things like returns. I had to show them their own flyer to prove that returns were included. Even after upgrading to a more expensive service, the work was still not done properly. I had to point out areas they were about to skip. After paying them, I noticed they didn?t clean the dryer machine as we had agreed. When I asked them to clean it, they ended up damaging my dryer instead! I?ve called the company multiple times, asking them to come back and finish the job, but they ignored my requests. Eventually, they stopped answering my calls altogether, or they would promise that a manager would call me, which never happened. It?s been extremely frustrating and disappointing to deal with Purifox. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I had my vents cleaned by this company in October, since then I have had an abnormal amount of debris and lint in my dryer after every dry cycle. I phone them and finally got a response, they resent the guys out, a different team who advise my vents must be disconnected somewhere, mind you this was NEVER an issue prior to getting the vents clean. So simple math says their cleaning caused the disconnect but now I cant get a response from them. So be careful.

Daniel, Renee and Didier were extremely polite and professional and took the time to explain what they were doing. I appreciated the before and after photos. Absolutely would wholeheartedly recommend them.

These guys were great, fast and efficient. Everyone except Jon lol, jk. He was great too. I wouldnâ t have used them otherwise. The whole â familyâ answered every question and did their job with the utmost professionalism. Good work itâ s hard to find these and these guys mean business. Would recommend!

Their team showed up on time with no issues. They had great communication and took their time to explain everything and answer all of my questions. I felt comfortable and happy with the services provided. I would recommend their services to others. You pay more than the competitor but I'm glad I went through Purifox LLC.

I would recommend this company. alex, the cleaner, was very respectful of our house as we have white carpet throughout. He wore a covering over his shoes to avoid any unnecessary dirt. He showed us pictures before and after of our furnace and vents. We were very pleased. He worked very hard. Thank you alex.
