Oregon Outdoor Lightening exceeded our expectations with professionalism, expertise, and respect for our property and recent outdoor remodel. They were extremely conscientious with our new stamped concrete patio and they are mindful of all aspects of the project but most importantly they strive for customer satisfaction. Dan was a delight to work with and was extremely personable, informative and always flexible with our schedules. It is clear that Kyle has exemplary employees and a top notch company. We installed new path and tree lighting in the front yard, and around the pond in our backyard. Oregon Outdoor Lighting did an amazing job and they take customer service to a whole new level! Ryan Schulze, Design and Sales Consultant, is the consummate professional. Ryan was extremely knowledgeable and patient. He worked with us to figure out different options to stay within our budget. He made us feel very confident in our decision to choose OOL for our lighting project. Courtney Villanueva, Office & Finance Coordinator, followed up within a day of signing the contract to schedule the job. She called the day before the installation to confirm. The installers showed up on time and worked hard throughout the day to get the job done. They were professional and very friendly. We had an issue with one of our existing lights a couple of days after the installation of the new lights. We called Ryan and he came out right away to take a look and had his crew back within 24 hours to fix the problem. Most companies can learn a thing or two about customer service. Oregon Outdoor Lighting has it figured out! Hands down one of the best buying experiences we've had since moving to the area five years ago.
