OMG!!! BTS Construction aka Brian Schneider built me an beautiful, yet incredibly durable TimberTech Deck w/aluminum railing in Literally six days at a reasonable cost. Brian is meticulous in measurements, detailed, prompt, tidy and expedient. Thus, what I Most appreciate about Brian is how he handled a delicate matter in a Most Felicitous Manner; due to a disgruntled neighbor, a tedious HOA and a Village (Frankfort) requiring detailed extensive knowledge and demanding specifications! I would Definitely recommend BTS Construction as a Contractor that will help you "Bring your Vision to Life!!! I am beyond pleased and satisfied. Definitely will be utilizing BTS for all my home decor upgrades. BTS you Awesome ? ?

BRIAN BUILT MY SHED. I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER WIH THE WORK HE DID. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, PUNCTUAL AND HARD WORKING. HE STARTED FIRST THING IN THE MORNING AND CONTINUED WORKING ALL DAY. HE COMPLETED MY SHED 5 DAYS, WHICH WAS WAY SOONER THAN I THOUGHT!!! HE CLEANED UP ALL WORK MATERIALS BEFORE LEAVING EACH DAY. HE WAS VERY HELPFUL WITH ANY QUESTIONS AND MADE THE PROCESS VERY SMOTH AND STRESS FREE. HE COMMUNICATED WELL FROM START TO FINISH, AND KEPT ME UPDATED ON THE PROGRESS. VERY HIGH QUALITY WORK FOR THE COST!! I AM BEYOND HAPPY WITH THE WORK HE DID AND WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM TO OTHERS. I WILL BE USING HIM FOR FUTURE PROJECTS

Was not communicative. He took down my deck WITHOUT NOTICE, , disposed of my personal property which he didnâ t give me a chance to remove although he had said that he would. Wasted $ on an unnecessarily X-large dumpster and, after having words with a neighbor, refused to come back to finish the work, leaving me with NO DECK and refuses to return any of my down payment!!!

K [Consumer Name Removed] asked me take her rotted deck down and construct a new one. After tearing the rotted deck down she accused me of stealing her rotted landscape timbers. The timbers were also rotted through and fell apart into the ground. The dumpster was the only one available at the time and was removed 4hrs after it was dropped off. The dumpster fee was $500 no matter what size it was. After being physically threatened by her neighbor during the cleanup process, I felt unsafe and decided it was time to pack up and leave. I'm sorry things didn't go smoothly but nothing I could've done would've been enough for K [Consumer Name Removed]. She was the unpleasant one

Brian replaced our deck within a few days.and.it looks great! I would recommend Brian to anyone looking for a professional deck repair or replacement by a quality carpenter. Brian was professional and courteous, keeping us informed through to completion. I will definitely keep Brian in mind for any future projects.

Brian built two decks for me. He tore them down and build two brand new ones. One of them was a second story deck. He got it done faster than I could have imagined. I initially made contact with him February 8th and He had the job done by the 25th. He was easy to work with and both decks were rock solid. No complaints. I would definitely use his company again for future projects.

Brian showed up on time and got right to work He has excellent carpentry skills . We are very happy with his quality of the work he performed Excellent value for the money!!!! i will be contacting him in the future for additional projects
