In the beginning from quote to start of work things seemed great. Even as the work commenced I was still very happy. It was after the project was said to be completed that the problems began. The crew packed up and cleaned up ? or so I thought and left. The next rain fall I had water leaking in my patio area (the reason I had the roof done to begin with) and noticed shingles and nails flowing from my gutters. Brian the owner assured me he instructed the crew to clean the gutters as they always do at every project. I went up and filled a 5 gallon bucket with shingles, black barrier paper and nails both old and new. Not only that but a full unopened bottle of water in the gutters causing bad water flow and issues with the gutters. I called Brian the owner and even sent him video of what I found. Brian promised he would send someone over to vacuum the gutters within the next week and to add a small piece of sheet metal over a constant water issue area. Brian came over and slathered black sealer over areas we guessed about that the leak would be coming from. The next rainfall after Brian said he was coming out he canceled and asked me to go out and check the areas. After two attempts to fix the problem he finally stopped the leak. That was last November when I looked at the leak and confirmed it was good. He never responded to me telling him ?I think we Eradicated the leak? and then almost a year later in august I noticed a water leak in my kitchen. Not sure where it was coming from but thought maybe an area Brian mentioned might be an issue but I didn?t have the money to take care of at the time. (Flashing around the chimney) I text Brian and told him I had a leak and also hadn?t heard anything still since he asked me to check the leak back in November ? also he still hadn?t sent anyone to do the gutters and never put that piece of sheet metal up as promised. I told him if that was the issue I would hire him to take care of it as he knows the spot around the base of the chimney. I also recommended someone related to me to him for work but they already booked. He responded to me by letting me know how hard up he is for workers and how booked he is and due to Covid he couldn?t push me in-front of anyone. He also said he would get ahold of me in the next week or two. I understood and waited 3 weeks of not hearing from Brian. I texted Brian ?how are we looking? and heard nothing. The following day I sent a question mark to Brian as his responses are always so delayed and and has even told me ?he forgot to get ahold of me? and he suddenly said ?not interested? he also text this in exact quote your text messages are more overbearing and rude than any customer I?ve dealt with in years. I?m not apologizing don?t text me anymore.? He also told me to grow up. Not very nice or professional at all. This resulted in me having to look elsewhere as I have a leak in my kitchen now a month old because of Brian?s lack of communication. Needless to say he may not apologize but I did apologize to him and said sorry for any miscommunication next time just tell me to call instead of text and I?ll take my business elsewhere. Over all the original project I already paid for started last June 2020 and here it is September 2021 and in my eyes the job was never fully completed. I also have all the texts we shared and ever picture and video of the work and issues for anyone?s viewing. The full first part of the roof was done over 10 days as they kept having to go other places instead of the 2day quote I was originally told. Unfortunate that this ended this way. I will not recommend them to anyone.
