Originally had a tech from DTE HPP come out to repair ac unit and was told after replacing the capacitor we needed a new unit. After talking to Joe and explaining our issue he told us he felt he could repair it and what he would do to save the unit and extend use for another couple years. Joe’s tech came out and had our air working in less than 20 minutes. It only needed fuses and our ac unit was back up and running and no issues so far.

I had a very positive experience with Mike, arriving when he said and doing what they say they will do. Mike was very nice and very professional and put any fears that I had to rest. I found this company through positive reviews and anybody reading this, you won't go wrong with One hour heating and cooling for your needs. I would like to add that I have received my central air conditioner unit. All staff that came to install it were completely courteous and cleaned up after themselves. They worked steadily until they finished. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND One Hour Heating and Cooling!
