John Gardner Service and Installation Specialist from ONE HOUR AIR CONDITIONING & HEATING is truly awesome and very professional. John came to my home, he was punctual, came assessed, diagnosed and resolved my problem promptly at a fantastic price. That’s not all, I accidentally brought in a frog which ended up on my kitchen table. My husband and I were freaking out; we are petrified of frogs. We didn’t know what to do so we asked John if he was afraid of frogs; John replied “no, I’m from Florida” John took the frog and set it free behind the fence. Thank you John you are the best! And no extra charge for frog service lol. And now cool air flows into every room! Kudos!!

When performing the post installation inspection they determined that the original installation was not in part done the way it should have been so they fixed it promptly and with no charge.

Jesse came out within an hour after calling and evaluated my problem. He educated me on how my system is supposed to work and why it isn't working. He answered all my questions and he was not pushy or intimidating. He was here by 8:00 a.m. the next day to complete the work. He was very professional and kept me updated throughout the process. I was extremely happy and confident in his service.
