Very efficient installing thermostat, took time and got the job done

My technician Kyle was very informative and respectful. He explained what was going on and was very professional. Kyle even left me with an electric heater for the evening until they could replace my furnace the next day. Kyle was back early the next morning to start the replacement of my old furnace for the new one and it is working great! I am so happy that I was able to get this done right away.

Best experience by far. Scheduling was super easy and accommodating to my busy schedule. The guy that came out (Dan) was friendly and informative and even helped me schedule my service for next season so I don’t have to worry about it. Definitely only using them from here on out.

One hour heating and cooling is the best hvac service I have worked with. A competitor of theirs did my annual check up and told me I needed a $1600 repair. I called one hour and the tech Kyle came and looked at the problem and it turns out it was a loose screw. They saved me $1600. They arrived on time and cleaned up after themselves. They are my new go to company, their maintenance plan is also half the price of what I’ve been paying.

Had One Hour out for boiler yearly service. They arrived on time and were efficient. Out the door in less than an hour. Will have them back for A/C tuneup next year. Cost was great.

One Hour Heating did a very thorough job. I had a malfunctioning humidifier on my furnace and they were able to identify the issue, order/deliver the part and install the new humidistat in less than a couple of hours. I was very impressed with both technicians onsite and would certainly recommend them for all of your heating/hvac needs.

The team arrived on time and were very friendly. Answered all the questions I had and shared a few tips. My boiler service was completed in less than an hour and the team left no mess behind. Will be using them for my A/C tuneup in the spring. Most importantly, cost was great.
