Arrived on time and annualized my current door condition. Rollers were in good shape, most of my noise was coming from the motor on the opener. Blaine lubed the rollers and inspected the motor for excessive ware. Ashe finished the door was not as noisy as before. I will probably have to replace the motor soon. It is 20years old.

Blayne was the tech that came out. Very professional, pleasant to work with. He explained everything he did and what possibly would be needed or suggested in the future. The ladies I spoke with in the office were really good. They were flexible with my schedule. Really like this company. Would definitely refer or suggest them

AMAZING service!!! I was able to reach Al on my first attempt of calling and when trying to set up an appointment he was willing to go out the same day if it was an emergency but set up a next day since it wasn't and he arrived on time. Not only did he arrive on time, but he was prepared and had a Spring replacement with him to do the job right then and there and to top it off the charge was so reasonable I thought it had to be a mistake and asked for him to repeat it. I was referred to Old Pueblo Garage Doors and I will definitely use them again and also refer them for their incredible service.
