I got a call back from them right away. They came out next day and explained they were a small company of 2 guys just starting out but couldnâ t give me an estimate. The guy who gives estimates wasnâ t available I guess. Like 3 or 4 days go by and I get a call from the estimate guy. Oscar and his partner come out I believe twice just to be sure of what I was looking for in a wrought iron fence/ security fence. We scheduled a time for the demo and I gave them a deposit then. Install would be next day. Everything is fine with the demo and install. Although I wish they would have had more of a brochure or given me options to look at instead of saying they can get â puppy panelsâ or 4, 5, 6 feet fencing, etc. I need to get a visual of what Iâ m purchasing, especially since I didnâ t know much about ornamental fencing. So the ornamental fence is installed with two swinging gates. I have a 12 foot wide driveway and the fence is 6 feet high. Looks better than what I had but itâ s still missing the finials on top and one of the posts is considerably shorter than the rest. Hereâ s why I gave 3 stars for customer service. Iâ ve been trying to get ahold of them through txts and calls to come out and address the shorter post and help with the finials. When they installed the fence they did say they would come back and â fixâ the post. I did manage to speak to them on the phone and a couple txts but thatâ s it. Itâ s been two weeks since the installation and nothing else has changed.

They are very professional and friendly awesome work I had two neighbors asked for their information they really like the fence.

They explained the process before starting the job. We are very happy with the fencing installed.
