Where another pro, without even having seen our issues, was trying to pressure us into buying a whole new garage door system, OGD came out, inspected the situation, and arrived at the conclusion that we needed new wheels on the garage door, and some tension adjustments. Great service, ethical contractors, good price.

They accommodated an evening appointment (I posted the project at about 2pm, they came about 6pm) and finished the job within a couple hours. The tech David was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. He explained all the problems with the broken garage door system, and performed 20 years worth of deferred maintenance on the system, replacing and updating a few pieces and parts to ensure that it worked well before he wrapped up the project. Really well done.
