My 2nd floor back deck of 12*14 sf got rotten badly after 15 years, I initially thought repair was needed. After talking to seven group of people, I chose OCC Home Improvement LLC because I was really impressed by the professional knowledge, great communications, and friendly spirit of owner Christian Owens. It turns out that the deck needed to be rebuilt completely, because the footings, rails and boards all got rotten. Through the 2 months process (delayed by too many rain days in the Winter of 2022), Christian and team did great job and rebuilt a beautiful and fortress deck for us. Christian has great design skills and excellent craftsmanship, he finish the work with great quality and no delay. If you need to build or repair deck, I would definitely recommend Christian and OCC Home improvement LLC.

Christian is very professional, courteous and enthusiastic. He was the first one to call promptly, came to look at the repair project right away and provide estimates. And schedule the job the very next day which I appreciated very much unlike the way out in the future scheduling appointment by others The job was completed properly.

The work is beautiful and Christian was in constant contact with updates.

From meeting the owner for the estimate through the end of the job we were incredibly impressed with the professionalism and quality of the workmanship. We had a great experience with Christian and his team when they rebuilt our deck into a screened porch! We actually hired them again to do an interior bathroom and they did a wonderful job. Awesome value and quality of work. I am hoping to hire them again when I'm ready to redo my upstairs bathroom.
