He went way beyond He gave a military discount for the estimate for a large lighting installation and was very kind and helpful. He even helped me pick out lights at the hardware store when I told him I didnt have anyone who could help me with that. I am very appreciative!

We were looking to add outdoor landscape lighting to our residence. Our objective was to increase home security while enhancing our homes appearance. Nuprenâ s cost estimate was timely, comprehensive, easily understandable and reasonably priced. They also had some great ideas we incorporated into our plan. The crew arrived as scheduled and completed all facets of the job quickly, professionally, neatly and with attention to detail. Walter and Kita answered our questions and provided excellent instruction and explanation throughout the process. They were friendly, professional, and eager to please. In the end, our outdoor lighting project looks fantastic -Nupren exceeded our expectations. We ditto: 6 out of 5 stars!

I have not decided on the final steps for my lighting contractor yet but I would recommend the sales rep and company response.

We bought a fairly new home and with the exception of two lights on the garage and one at the front door, no real outside lighting. We chose to go with Neupen Lighting because of the positive online reviews theyâ ve received along with competitive pricing. A little more than a week ago they installed 4 low voltage led lights to illuminate columns on the front of the house, a flood light above a front awning, 2 lights onto both sides of the house, and a timer/control box inside the garage. We are happy with the aesthetically pleasing appearance; that the lights are not overpowering especially the side lights that provide a floodlight effect but again, arenâ t overpowering; and weâ re especially pleased with the added sense of security this provides. We were impressed with Nupenâ s workers who showed up on time; went about their job and even though it was lightly raining, finished with no issues; and finally, I was especially pleased that they were able to add two additional lights that I originally hadnâ t ordered. We have no reservations about recommending Nupen.

Keda is the owner and an artistic consultant who guided me with an excellent vision and delivery of product. We are extremely happy and am looking forward to doing additional projects with his company.

Lighting recommendations were superb, materials used were outstanding, engineering solution was the best of the 3 vendors considered, and their price was the most reasonable...neighbors and friends rave about the lighting impact...as a realtor, will recommend their services to our clients. They are the BEST! P.S.: Their follow-up maintenance and warranty support is equally good. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Nupen (Keda) was very responsive to my first inquiry. They scheduled a service call within a week of my inquiry. They arrived early. They were very polite, professional,,knowledgeable and respectful of my property. Their quote was the most reasonable of the quotes I received for my small lighting job. The repair work was completed quickly. I would definately use them again.

Nupen was very communicative about their scheduling, and was able to come when I wasnt home. They called me with a very fair quote, and completed the repair quickly. I was even able to pay online. I will use them again.
