Didn't get my repair done because these guys don't know what they're doing. Had to make a small repair in my mini fridge myself cost $5, these guys charged me $60 to tell me they couldn't fix my fridge. Now all I have to do is hire another repair service to charge my fridge with refrigerant. I would call these guys ever again and will never recommend them either.

Very good, I appreciate your comment. When we told you could be Freon or may bad compressor, Ma'am, today... I just bought $150 and Amazon already refunded my money because it is not running. You told me you do not want it fixed if Freon was a major issue. we do not put Freon on a leaking unit, it is illegal. No one can fix a leak, you just recharge it and it leak again and it is not good for health and the environment. Also, we did not do the wrong job, but, I appreciate your comments.

NOVA Appliance Repair is a complete fraud. I paid the technician a $250 deposit on a (supposed) $430 part to repair my refrigerator. The technician installed the part, but that action did not repair the fridge. The technician de-installed the part, left and (by phone) advised he could not correctly diagnose the problem but would not refund my deposit because he felt that a couple of trips to my house deserved about $250. Pure and total violation of the terms of the contract. Totally incompetent repair service ... total and complete business fraud! Do NOT ever call NOVA for an appliance repair job. I intend to file legal proceedings against them.
