Arrived on time. Did a walk around of all my concerns and addressed them all. Worked for 3.5 to 4 hours in the rain and the gutters seem to all be draining properly. Their price for the job was good and the gutters look nice as well.

The crew showed up on time and completed the job in a timely manner. The workers were careful with installing my gutters which was appreciated as I had just painted it. The bid for the job was fair and the owner of the company was a pleasure to work with. Very happy with job done.

Quick to provide a quote and nice customer service with follow ups. They were able to do the work ahead of the schedule date. Work was a bit of sticker shock for me but Northwest recommended a smaller scope of work than other companies had suggested, which saved money. The end result looks great and my experience interacting with Northwest's employees leaves me with peace of mind that the work is good quality. No more anxiety all rainy November/December long :) Thank you.

Got what I paid for. Not perfect for heavy evergreen debris. Still needs to get cleared but much easier off the top than in the gutter.

Due to a variety of circumstances it was hard to get questions re bid answered but once questions were answered and we were scheduling the job, the response time was great. They quoted a schedule of about 5 weeks out but came within 1 week!
