I don't know if the installation of the device was at fault, but I experienced no change in my cell phone service. I would be open to have him come back and see if by changing the location of the antenna would improve the signal.

I attempted to contact this customer multiple times to resolve any concerns with no call back. The scope of work was to install a customer provided cell phone booster. I placed the antenna and ran the wire in the rain, I had three green bars based on the placement.

Jeremey came out to wire my telephone jacks to an ethernet, and even patched up the one hole he put in the hole. He did this service within 2-3 hours. Great service.
