Norman promptly responded to my inquiry, gave an immediate estimate for the two repair jobs, both involving repairing wood floors/beadboard which had separated from the wall or floor. He dis additional repairs and projects but did not charge more than the original estimate. He was forthcoming in his concern about the floor lifting again which I appreciated. I will definitely use him again for other projects.
