Write a ReviewNice people - during the sales cycle. However...there are three main yellow flags. - My understanding is that the provider should be pulling a permit and requesting an inspection (that's how the plumber experience went). Huffman (not sure why it says Nordic) feigned ignorance when asking about it, and ultimately never replied. - (See photos) near the end the tech was clearly frustrated and missed gluing at least 3 PVC elbows. When I pointed one out he acted like it was an inconvenience. Wouldn't have known had it not been for the gas line maintenance the next day because the combustion pipe was straight up loose. - A/C doesn't appear to have been hooked back up properly as it doesn't engage at all. - Unclean wiring and piping runs. No focus on a clean look at all. - No reply from Briar when these issues were called out. Ghosted. I like the unit itself. But quality and service fell greatly short.
Fast and friendly service. I would refer anyone to them.
