Our heating system was not working and we needed someone to come take a look. We called Nokaoi Heating and Air and they came out same day to fix our issue. They were very detailed oriented and explained every step of the process. We highly recommend and will definitely use them again. We highly recommend them to our friends and family.

Our AC was not blowing cold and with the triple digit heat, we definitely needed it to be working. Many other places were all booked up until the following week. I saw Nokaoi Heating & Air on a list of Google HVAC businesses and decided to give them a call despite the lower number of reviews, but good reviews, and a relatively new business. I'm very glad I did because Jon did a great job pressure and vacuum testing our system to make sure there isn't a leak. He broke down pricing and was very communicative throughout the process. He explained what he was doing throughout the time he was working on the AC and is very personable. Once he got the system up and running he stuck around to make sure everything was in good working order before he left. It's a good touch that not many businesses offer. I highly recommend Nokaoi Heating & Air. Do not let the lower number of reviews scare you. Nokaoi does great work and we will use him for all our future HVAC needs.

Nokaoi Heating and Air saved the day for us during a PNW excessive heat warning when the AC wasn’t working properly for my tenant. From the start, Jon was responsive and a great communicator about the base service fees and messaged when he was on his way to the house. After the diagnostic he sent photos of the issues before proceeding to make the repairs. Very organized throughout, even when receiving the final itemized invoice and being able to pay online. Very thankful for Nokaoi Heating and Air!
