Did a crappy job had deck clean sanded and stained missed a lot of spots stain on the siding used water based stain not oil based will never use again. paid good money for a bad job.

Mr. Rodriguez did a job of painting a badly chipped kitchen cabinet. He advised me on the best type of primer to use to ensure it would not happen again.

Mr. Rodriguez did a thorough job of painting a kitchen cabinet. He advised me on using a special type primer to cover the chipping on the cabinet. I recommend him. I will use his services to do additional work.

I had a chance to use the services of Nieves and Rodriguez LLC. I am very happy with all the work they did at my property. He went above and beyond with the job and at reasonable prices. He was always offering suggestions to make the work better and I ended up expanding the scope of the work. I would definitely use them again in the future.

They came out to assess a deck project that required power washing and staining. They recommended a carpenter who was supposed to work on the project who left and went on vacation without notifying me. They scheduled to come out on Sunday which would have been Mother's Day. I found this odd, but accepted, no one showed up. I was pushed back until Monday because they decided to take another job. When they finally arrived to do the sanding, he decided he did not want to do it anymore. He was paid up front after the power washing for the the remainder of the job. I paid him $500 dollars, he only offered me $300 at first before I told him that I paid more than that. He sent one of employees over to cut me a check for the remainder. He is unreliable and I would not recommend him to anyone.

Good evening Paul, Thank you for the review you gave us, that was very nice of you, but it will be nice if you will say what really happened there that we decided not do it the job. You call us for power wash and stain the deck. When we look at it we told you that needs a carpenter to repair the deck and we contact our friend because I am not a carpenter. I did not know he went to vacation and when I knew I told you so. You told me you will repair your self the deck. So I did the power wash first and I ask for 500.00 deposit for the job of power wash, sanding and staining. When I came back for the sanding I told you the deck was on NO condit.
