Nick subcontractor did a good job removing the mold, sealing off the area so spores did not spread throughout the house. But Nick himself was terrible. He greatly overcharged for an extra drywall patch that was needed halfway through the job. He left the bathroom wall unfinished, with two open holes, one 3" in diameter and the other 4" in diameter, revealing black plugs and messy caulk (see photo). Nick many times said he would come out to patch the wall and install covers over the plugs, and then stood us up. He never once called to say he could not come, and he never apologized for keeping us waiting all day. We paid Nick in full but he never provided a receipt or warranty despite repeated requests.
