Nick responded within minutes to a quote request. Appointment was scheduled a day immediately after my call. The tech dispatched was personable and professional. He was able to complete all my tech requests, including assisting with some tricky issues I was having setting up my smart tv. He went above and beyond for me. When an additional problem arose the next day, Nick came out personally to fix it.

I had such a nice expierence with NickConnection! Nick is very knowledgeable and did a great job explaining to me what he was going to do and how I could prolong the life of my device after he was finished. I appreciated how he worked with me to find a time that didnâ t require me to take off from work (Yay for late-ish hours!) I would highly recommend NickConnections if you want quality work done on your technological devices.
