I had an existing solar system and battery back up from another company that folded after everyone’s system failed due to a tech update that rendered integral parts useless that no one wanted to deal with. I was replacing and upgrading my roof and needed the system removed and reinstalled on a new standing seam metal roof. StormGrade Roofing recommended Pamlico Solar for the job. They offered repair and reinstall services to customers in need. That is a very hard to find service in the solar industry. They stepped up and did the removal and reinstall like total professionals and i was back to fully operational in a very timely fashion. I cannot say enough good things about this company and crew. The lead installer Robert was amazing. He explained everything i needed to know. The best part is a have a working system and a new company on record to call in the future should I need service. Peace of mind is priceless. Thank you to all at Pamlico Solar for one of the best contractor experiences I’ve ever had!

Pamlico Solar installed solar panels and a Tesla Power Wall on our home. They did a great job. The salesman gave a good explanation of the system and expectations, they made sure that we had good sun exposure and designed the location of the solar panels appropriately. After we agreed to install the company handled the design, the ordering, the detailed design and information to obtain Duke Energy approval, and even provided the necessary information to obtain our HOA approval. The installation crew explained in detail how the panels would be mounted on the roof and the various electrical connections necessary for the operation. The installation took place over two days and then we had solar power. The necessary approvals from Duke including Pairing went through with no problems. Now we are using the Tesla app to maximize the benefits of the system. I should add that the questions that I asked Pamlico during the process either by text of email were promptly answered. We are happy that we chose Pamlico.

Let me start by saying Nicholas and his team did an excellent job of adding 2 Tesla Powerwall 3s into my existing solar setup. Not only did his team do a great job, they were also able to intergrade the Powerwall 3s and a Tesla charger into my SPAN electrical panel which they also offer for installation. I highly recommend Pamlico Solar for solar and also just general electrical services.

Pamlico Solar made it so easy from start to finish. Miguel and Aaron explained everything throughout the build process, making it easy for my wife and I to understand. Robert and the guys that did the install were super professional, worked hard the entire time, and answered any questions I had, no matter what they were doing. Even after I told them I would clean up so they could get on the road, since it was almost 6pm when they left, they refused to leave until everything was exactly like it was when they got here.100% recommend Pamlico Solar for your solar needs. The install crew is top notch, can’t say enough good things about them.

Amazing job at an amazing price! They were able to come out and install the 14-50R receptacle for a Level 2 EV charger in my garage in under a week. Additionally, the job they did looks fantastic! I could not be happier with the work they did. Thanks a ton!!
