    Everyone was as kind, courteous and professional as they could be! They came out immediately. The weather was horrible, cold and snowy. They got right to work and had to remove the wrought iron railings from the stairs before they could install the ramp. They knocked on the door when they were done and we bundled up my husband and got him in his wheelchair and we all had a celebratory walk/ride down the ramp! They wanted to make sure I could handle the wheelchair safely and recommended my husband hold the hand rails to slow us down, which worked perfectly!

    They got to work as soon as they arrived.they kept working till the ramp was done.they came to the door to let us know all work was done .we tried it out and it was very sturdy .the men who did the work was very helpful courteous and walked down the ramp with us to show how sturdy it was they picked up all the extra equipment. They took off a railing of our existing stairs it was metal they even took it to the place to get bbn it gone .we are very happy we had this conpany do our project.
