2900 sq foot residence hired Derrick and I will say the drive way itself is beautiful and they were quick to start demo; however his team broke two water lines during the tear out repaired them backwards and told me it was the sprinkler heads. They refused to help fix the issue resulting in my water continuously running they also cracked part of the asphalt for the city road and attempted to fill it with concrete suggesting that I spray paint it black. They didnâ t even divide the driveway from the road to attempt to mask their blunder and it just looks tacky. On top of all this I was quoted one amount and told to pay an additional 500 dollars he wanted over 1000 but negotiated down to 500 even though prior to work starting I stated I need one price and not to go up from there. He also refused to provide a final invoice. I have tried to resolve this amicably with them numerous time to receive no response I have now sought out the assistance of an attorney and will file suit against them tomorrow if I do not hear from them in the next 24 hours.

I hired this team to remove an existing rock bed that surrounded my pool and replace it with concrete. I was supposed to get a 4inch concrete patio. Instead they poured the concrete over the existing landscaping leaving 80% of the area that was less than 1/2 inch thick. They destroyed my yard and broke a pipe that went to my pool. They never returned after I had the pipe repaired to complete the job and left me to hire a different company to make the necessary repairs and fix my yard. I would not recommend this company. They tried to complete the job in two days and they left a mound of excess concrete in the corner of my yard. Simply poor craftsmanship. They treated me with disrespect and accused me of trying to keep their money. They were paid for the job and never returned to finish.

Derrick and his crew were able to start my patio project earlier than expected and I could not be more happy. They were all pleasant and did a wonderful job on my patio. They even helped me with a minor door problem while they were there. Derrick was professional and great at communicating and his work definitely exceeds his reasonable prices. Thank you guys!!

Beware!!!!!! I hired Derrick to install a stamped patio. The patio is poorly installed it is not even the water runs toward my house and the stamping pattern is the worst I ever seen . I told him I was not happy and he lead us on for 10 days that he would come and remove the boards which still has not happened weeks later. We now have an eyesore of a patio that will need resurfaced or removed. Derrick still has not seen it because he just refused to come back . We were never rude or threatening to him in anyway, we just said we were not happy. He said this was a discrimination issue and I told him I would not of hired him if it was a discrimination issue. We are now getting estimates for the repair of this mess and we will fight it out in small claims court. If I could give 0 stars I would! The stress from this entire ordeal is overwhelming . There are better concrete installers out there , so based on our experience I would never hire this guy.

They were late, rushed, the cement truck sat 20-30 minutes waiting on them and a few things were not completed as requested.

He exceeded my expectations.

Derrick and his guys done an amazing job. They did everything they said they would and more. It takes a lot to impress me, but these guy impressed me at every phase of the project. I have other projects coming up and these will be the guys I hire no matter what. Thank you guys so much for the great job. Iâ m very happy!!!!!!
