So, we called new horizons last year for an evaluation on removing mold and finishing our basement. At the time we chose to go with another company that just treated the mold and was much cheaper. This turned out to be a horrible mistake!! A year later, the mold problem was completely out of control! So, we called new horizons and had them completely gut the basement and refinish the entire thing. This company is unbelievably professional. John and the crew are truly great at their jobs and the room turned out better than we could have imagined. I would urge anyone that’s considering finishing their basements to do it the right way and go with new horizons. You won’t be sorry.

Paul and his crew at new home horizons . Did a fantastic job on my basement with getting rid of mold and water problems . They installed a drainage system that goes to a drywall with sub pump . Had a lot of heavy rain since then and no problems at all . They also installed a dehumidifier system that runs all the time . My basement is now going to be finished by Paul and his crew . I would def recommend new home horizons for any of your home improvement needs . They also did a bathroom and kitchen at my hose which came out amazing !!!

New Horizons installed a French drain with battery back up in my basement. John and the crew did a great job, keeping things neat and finished within the time frame. He called me a few weeks afterwards to check if everything was ok. We haven’t had any rain since so time will tell. I highly recommend them for your basement waterproofing!

After putting a water drainage/management system into a basement with another company, we were told there’s only one company to use for finishing work: New Horizon Homes. Paul assigned us John and his team, and they did a wonderful job. There was an open line of communication before and during the process. The work was finished very close to the timeline given (few back ordered items delayed slightly). The team was professional, respectful, quiet and clean. Their work is top of the line and detailed. John has been constantly in communication to ensure that we are satisfied with the work and see if we had any concerns. Although the price tag is not cheap, the level of workmanship is worth it.

I dealt with the owner Paul from start to finish. We had purchased all of the materials for the renovation of our bathroom as well as our master bedroom, halls and entire first floor ceiling. Paul and his crew made our entire plan come alive and completed the project in the time span they had promised. We are thrilled with how well every thing went. We had them do an additional project on the exterior of our house after completion of the interior work and this was handled as well. the few minor problems that occurred were rectified with no delay, and to our complete satisfaction.
