I contacted this company for a minor roof repair. Instead, I was met with high-pressure sales tactics that escalated into a push for a full roof replacement. The office staff told me I needed a new roof simply because my home was 28 years old. The salesperson claimed my $8,000 repair contract would have no warranty unless I upgraded. Feeling pressured and with limited options, I reluctantly agreed. The crew reused old tiles, lacked carpentry skills, and took long breaks. Workmanship was subpar, and my concerns were dismissed. As a senior, I feel misled, overcharged, and financially devastated. This experience wiped out my savings, and I believe the company took advantage of my trust. I cannot recommend them and urge others to exercise extreme caution when dealing with this business.

Amazing service and top-quality work! The team was professional, reliable, and completed everything on time. The new roof looks fantastic, and they made the whole process stress-free. Highly recommended for any roofing needs!

I have used roofers that were more expensive and roofers than were less responsible, but I found that Newhaus Roofing to be the best combination of price and professionalism. Newhaus did a roof in my neighborhood and I got company's number. Within a few days they got us an estimate and did work soon thereafter. They busy because his work is good and they are responsible. They get a permit and took care of everything with the city and send me pictures of completed roof. I highly recommend this company they are professional Thank you Newhaus Roofing. Andrew

Woke up to water leaking from every corner in the house, I called Newhaus and they came within the hour and immediately took action. From then i knew i was in good hands. Every day they would give me updates on the schedule and the next steps. Enjoyed working with them and will hire them again in the future.
