Ive had New England Foundation & Crack repair do a sump pump and a foundation crack repair at my house. Theyve always arrived on time, knowledable crew, and always clean up before they leave. They are quck to respond and dont leave you hanging. Very satisfied with the work and didnt break the bank on costs.

I hired them to do basement pre-finishing and drilok work in my home. I liked that they were always on time and worked quietly. Chase was really amazing to work with. They were able to finish the job in the prescribed amount of time and the pre-finish looks great!

Chose this company after reading great reviews and so glad I did! When I called to explain my water issue Cassandra was so kind, knowledgeable, professional and did not try to oversell me. Will came out to look at the basement within days and was very much the same. I appreciate the honesty, integrity, and communication as well as a clean jobsite when all was complete. Will, Tony and Ian installed a sump pump and poured 2 concrete stairs in my bulkhead. They showed up on time, did a wonderful job and I would highly recommend! Great company!

After finding water in one room of our finished basement I called New England Foundation Crack Repair after reading reviews and talking to a previous customer. After meeting with Will I made an appointment to have the foundation crack repaired. We knew pretty well where the crack was going to be based on the topography of the ground above. So, after removing the drywall, sure enough the crack, from floor to top, was right there. Once the crack location was verified, Tony from the company came and did the needed repair. Tony arrived for the appointment. He repaired the crack. I was with him the whole time of the repair. When I had questions he gladly took the time to answer them. Tony was polite, friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. He did his work and when he was finished he did leave the area in the same condition as when he arrived, very neat. I would definitely use this company again. Cassandra, the owner, was a pleasure to deal with.

On the day of the scheduled work, Tony and Ian arrived to take on the project. Both of these gentlemen were knowledgeable, competent and courteous professionals. Upon completion of their work, the outside grass and stone area looked like it had been undisturbed and the interior basement area was spotless.
