My gas water heater went out, and Thomas Neuner went above and beyond providing excellent customer service. Talked me through what how to turn off everything to the unit (water and gas), called the next morning to tell me what time to expect him, and was on time. He could've just as easily told me I needed a new water heater and I would've never known the difference. Instead, he was honest, went and got the necessary part, came back immediately, and got the job done! His charge was beyond fair! I cannot give him more than 5 stars, otherwise he would get 10!!!! Honest,dependable, and professional,

He called to let us know 1st job was taking longer than expected. Called when he was on his way. Very friendly, courteous and efficient. Replaced two parts on 21 yr old AC and cleaned it. Told us it should last a few more years. Seemed knowledgeable. Asked if we would like him to test furnace and he replaced a part on that also. Furnace was installed 1996. AC is working fine. Hopefully it will get us through any hot days before winter. Would recommend

he suggested he could complete a fall furnace and air conditioner inspection after he completed cleaning the dryer vent. I said and he pointed out the potential future problem. After he left the next week I had been having a water leak that kept enlarging. A plumber could not find the leak and I hired a leak detection company who found leak to be drained from the air conditioner was plugged. Why did not he find the problem when he completed the fall inspection? Yes, I told him about the leak.
Response from Company:
You have a 30-day warranty on all my work. Says it right on the bottom of your receipt. Therefore, you had 0 reasons to call anyone else or leave this review. I would have gladly come out there at no charge to take care of this. You never called or texted me. I cannot control that you did not contact me.

Thomas was very nice and professional. He was on time and repaired our AC unit very fast. He had the part that was needed in his van, but commented that he would have gone and purchased if he didn’t have it. Excellent service, now my favorite heat/AC company !

Thomas is a real pro! He took the time to completely explain every aspect of his A/C repair. I have had two other repairmen out to find an obvious freon leak, but they couldn't find the problem. This was very expensive for me, what with the cost of freon these days. Thomas found the problem right away and fixed it! I am thrilled to say the least. I highly recommend him and will not hesitate to use him again.
