They did half of the project then left without any follow up. Now none of their phone numbers work, their website does not work, and they do not respond to emails. Only way to get a response was to leave a question on their google results, but even then they failed to call me back. They chopped up a tree but then never removed the chopped remains. Their bid was cheap but I guess I got what I paid for.

Also, the tree removal crew did stop by and leave his card. I returned your email on Sunday evening and I apologize for the break in communication. I was ripped off one time and then I got these people and I feel that I was ripped off again. I just want my project finished. I just want peace in my home.

First You were not ripped off. We did an emergency service on Sunday. you paid for a repair on your door jam. we repaired it. Then you were informed that when your son kicked in the door, he damaged not only the frame but the door as well. we told you that we were going to replace your door free of charge. when we spoke on Sunday you stated that you were worried that your house was not properly secured. I told you that we had to order you a new door because the one that you had was an inch taller and an inch thinner than the standards that are sold today.
