My wife and I are extremely pleased with the work done by Natureworks. It was a joy to work with a Director of design, Nick. Also, the foreman of the job, Basil, was easy to work with, and very responsive to requests The crew left the job site very clean each night. We are really impressed with their expertise in planning and implementing that plan. We have a new patio area, beautiful new grass, plants and trees. We wholeheartedly endorse Natureworks!

The owner did not supervise his guys, who were not working the full hours expected. Each week we probably lost 7.5hr x 3-4 guys due to starting late and finishing an hour before the time I was told. When I informed the owner, he did not do anything about it, but then tried to charge me over the quoted price, because the job took longer than expected.

They have not started. I found it very awkward that there was no sketch or drawing provided upon having a contract with no start date. They asked for a down payment. In my world this is not how you gain new customer. I hope they come through and deliver. Just don't have a good feeling at this point.

NatureWorks did a great job, the owner spent time with before to explain the options and to hear and listen to what I was looking for. The work exceeded my expectations - the crew were efficient and friendly - it is clear Natureworks is focused on doing their BEST job at every job, whether it is a smaller project or large one. I would highly recommend Natureworks - you will not be disappointed. We are selling our home and know the landscape job Natureworks did will showcase our home to get the best price and give next owners years of pleasure. with beautiful/low maintenance yard.

The team was excellent. They worked with us to develop a landscape plan that we liked and really needed. They let us make changes to the contract when we ran into problems with the neighbors about the fence, and made suggestions on other areas of the yard. They were prompt and efficient and did an outstanding job fixing our sprinkler system. We wished we had called them years ago.

Nick is a wonderful landscape designer. He not only has a sense of what the customer wants but also how to integrate it all without the final design looking forced or cookie cutter. I could not be happier with the end product.
