Natural View

Raul A. Romero came out and handled the problem and believe me it was a problem. After nearly 20 years of having a great gardener and him getting ill and quitting his business, I had hired a guy to just cut and edge my front lawn. Without my knowing he removed my sprinkler heads and inserted his that stuck high out of the ground reason? Idk I had not requested that to be done, he did say that my sprinkler heads were old to which I replied old or not they worked. I requested him to come back and return my lawn to its original condition with my sprinkler heads by voicemail. No response for days. My sprinkler system was not working because of it. When Erica from Homeadvisor transferred my over to Natural View Landscaping Services and I spoke to Mr Romero I was assured that the problem would be rectified and not to worry. When he arrived he looked at my lawn and asked the question... Why did the guy do this? I explained the whole crazy situation. He told me not to worry and that he would correct it. We agreed on a price and he went to work. He explained a great deal of things to me about my system and gave me information about how I could save money by upgrading to a better sprinkler head, I decided that I will be upgrading later because as he put it I am paying more for water with my current ones. He told me he would be finish in about and hour be was, he was very thorough in setting the patterns and water flow, he flushed out the soil as he inserted the sprinkler heads. I have really gained so much knowledge from this whole incident and the one thing that Ill always remember is dont hire someone through a flyer left on the door and to reach out to Mr Raul Alvarez Romero at Natural View. When he said to trust him, Im so happy that I did. His professionalism and knowledge was definitely appreciated. Thank you Erica from Homeadvisor for connecting me to Natural View and Mr Romero.
