AVOID ROGER AND HIS CIRCUS. DO NOT TRUST THIS GUY. HE IS A LIAR AND DOESN'T DO ANYTHING. WE HIRED HIM AND IN A PERIOD OF 4-6 MONTHS HE DID NOT DO ANYTHING. HE SEEMS TO COLLECT DEPOSITS AND NOT DO ANYTHING AFTER. REPORTING HIM TO THE CSLB AND HNDING HIM OVER TO OUR LEGAL TEAM. AGAIN, DO NOT HIRE HIM!

Response from Company:

Sorry you feel this way, but you team failed to provide the necessary documentation and reports needed to get the fire plans approved. Not only did you guys receive free fire plants you guys both received a full refund as well. It is not our fault that your team fell to complete their end.

*1/5 Stars - Avoid This Company at All Costs* I'm writing this review as a warning to others: stay far, far away from this company. Our experience with them was an unmitigated disaster. We hired them to install fire sprinklers during construction, but what followed was a 4-month nightmare. They repeatedly submitted flawed plans to the city, which were rejected each time. Despite our corrections and feedback, they seemed incapable of getting it right. The owner, Roger, was unhelpful and unresponsive, offering only vague excuses and empty promises. We eventually gave up and hired another company, which got the job done in just 4 days. The contrast between the two companies was staggering. The new company's plans and engineering were spot-on, and we received our permit the same day. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. If you value your time, money, and sanity, stay clear of these guys. *Pros: None* *Cons:* -incompetence - poor communication -repeated failures

I hired national State fire to do the fire sprinkler systems at my ADU. The square footage was 3027sqft. Over 22 sprinkler heads were installed and each sprinkler was this beautiful glossy recessed finish you canâ t even tell that those fire sprinklers are there. Roger the owner understood everything I wanted. I wanted everything centered or lined up to something nothing out of the ordinary or sided and they did just that. Out of all the subcontractors that I hired national state made this one the easiest process out of all. The only time I was ever involved in the project was when I needed to pay the fees for the fire department other than that national state gave me updated info pictures I requested and peace of mind. The best part is every time I called Roger to make a change. He always treated me with respect and care and thatâ s what I really loved about. I have recommended this company to my other creating ADU in Norco East LA and Long Beach. I have another project coming up in Downey and I have already requested Roger (owner) to give me a bid.

Iâ m the parking manager at PCI in North Hollywood we had a situation where a truck hit Hit a fire sprinkler line and it started flooding out the entire garage. Luckily, national state fire and safety was working in the area and we saw their number from the time that they serviced our fire sprinklers in the past we hired them, gave us a great price very profession and understood the flow and did not disturb the business . Highly recommend to other companies for emergency calls or repair jobs

My name is Evelyn Hernandez. Iâ m the property manager here at Ocean View Apartments. I had A resident hang on one of the fire sprinkler pipes and do a pull up and he broke the entire line a flooding all over my lobby and first floor. I contacted our vendors list To see who can come out and fix it and everybody was either too busy or was giving me ridiculous pricing. I did my research and Found National state fire and safety And asked them if they could come out and give me a quote no less than 30 minutes they were on site gave me a a great quote. They Fix the piping and even took the time to clean the mess of the water as much as they could Even though it wasnâ t their fault. After fixing the piping, they even took the time to teach me how to operate our fire systems and turn off the water in case this ever happens again. I will be recommending them to all of our properties that my company manages all my friends and other locations have fire sprinkler systems.
