Thank goodness the need for a new roof is infrequent! It's a big investment and it pays to know that the person / company that you hire will provide maximum value. I am confident that Matthew Parker and his crew have done just that. Matthew conducted a very thorough inspection and pointed out the issues and explained typical causes. In my case the primary cause was age (20+ years) with some wind damage. He was also very thorough explaining contractual details, legal rights, obligations etc. and the advantages of using the Owens Corning "Total Protection System." The material was delivered as scheduled and staged in the pre-planned area, as was the dumpster for scrap. The crew arrived a bit early and started the job on time. Eight, maybe nine hours later ... a job well done, including the clean-up. I did have one very minor issue when the job was complete. Matthew took care of that issue himself in about 10 minutes. Matthew's biggest concern through the whole process was customer satisfaction. He and his crew delivered!

Matthew with NapTown Roof Company was amazing to work with! His crew was the best I have ever seen before and could not even tell they was here after they finished! I would highly recommend Naptown Roof Company to anyone looking for roofing services!

Matt with Naptown roof repair was great to work with. Good rates, great communication, and good work done. He evaluated our TPO roof to find any spots of concern, provided a renewable estimate, and completed the repairs the following day. Highly recommend his services!

Matt with Naptown is a great person to work with. We had him out for a commercial roof survey and repair. Matt took the time to walk our roof, find all needed repairs, and provide a quote quickly. He was out the same week with his crew to complete the repairs. Once completed Matt provided another inspection of the roof with me. He made sure all of our concerns we addressed. I would definitely recommend his services!!! Thanks Matt!
