Our garage door opener broke this morning, and within about 1 hour of calling Nabors, Connor was at my house to help me. The fastest, best customer service you can ask for - I couldn’t believe it! He walked me through all the options and installed a new opener and new rail quickly and expertly. He double checked everything and gave us some very helpful recommendations. Extremely fair price for top notch service and products. We will only be using Connor and his team for all our garage door needs going forward!!

I have been using Nabors since 2019. I had an issue with my garage not closing or opening quietly. Connor and Ronnie (owner). Came out to look diagnose the issue and found that torsion rebuild ( bolts, springs, and cables) needed to be replaced. They did an awesome job! I will definitely continue using them for my garage door repairs!

If I could give this company a zero star, I would. We ordered our doors over the summer. Conor and his team installed the doors and that was when we had issues. First, they didn't replace the side strips and the rubber bottom seals, then the new rubber seals weren't properly sealing and we had to fix that ourselves, and then lastly, something we didn't notice until recently, one of the door panels was dented. I had taken a picture on the day the doors were installed and lo behold the dent was there all along. I've attached the picture for reference here, it's the door on the right. We called to request a replacement/resolution, but as usual, communication sucks and no one called back. In response to the owner below, we literally have your cellphones and called/texted/left messages.

I have reached out to you messaged you. You called the techs phone not our office phone as we had zero missed calls from you. Our techs do not dispatch their selves if you have an isssue you can call the office and not one customer would ever tell you we dont come back! We typically have someone out with in 24 hours over any issues. Again call office not tech thank you would gladly help any way we can!
