NVB Contracting

I hired NVB Contracting to replace the shingles on our home. Their customer service was great and the installation crew was very proffesional. I was very satisfied with NVB's work from start to finish.

Brandle and his team were wonderful. NVB took on my job when NO ONE else would. Seriously, I called 12 contractors and either they wouldnâ t call me back, or said it was too far to drive. I live just past Capon Bridge. Even though he was really busy, he got my job completed in the time frame he promised. His crew showed up every morning at the usual starting time. They were respectful and kind. They cleaned up their mess. Everything I asked for and anything he said he would do, he did. They even worked two Saturdays to get the work done. The job was replacing 10 deck footers for a two story deck that were rotting and completely inadequate. I also had them install an oven vent that needed cut through the roof. Awesome job on that. And added an emergency job of replacing a sliding door that leaked and rotted the bedroom floor. He did that for me next day, and installed our laminate in the bedroom. I cant say enough good things about these guys. Brandleâ s customer service is also great. He gets back to you, and will do it with a phone call, not just a text. The prices for all of the projects were reasonable, and the final price was always what he quoted. He treats his team with respect, and seems to be a good boss. This is the team to hire.

NVB Contracting LLC worked with our insurance company to make our roof brand new again! The process was very easy as they acted as our insurance advocate to communicate with our insurance company and adjuster on our behalf. They were able to get our roof repaired under storm insurance restoration repairs and replacement for only our our deductible. The finished product is BEAUTIFUL!! It was a quick replacement and they cleaned up the yard wonderfully. We highly recommend NVB. Call them today for a free estimate!!!

This roofing company is the best I have ever encountered. The workers were quick and extremely skilled. They were also very organized with all of their procedures, from removal of the old roof to the new installation and cleanup. Not a wasted movement. The customer representative was knowledgeable, communicative and pleasant to work with. This company is superb.

NVB s crew did a great job on my roof. They showed up on a Saturday which I requested, got a very early start, and finished by noon. They did a great job on my roof, and not only did they clean up my head, but they made sure to clean up both my neighbors yards as well. The roof looks great! Couldn t be happier.

I had a GREAT experience with NVB Contracting. We have had some pretty strong winds lately, and I had noticed shingles missing. I called NVB in the morning, and by 11:00 Jhonatan Zelaes was here to give me a quote. He gave the quote by climbing on the roof and taking pictures to send to my phone. He gave us a quote and returned 2 days later to finish the job. Jhonatan and his team were professional and cleaned up when the job was done. I highly recommend this company.

Eric Bradley of NVB Contracting performed a great service for me. He helped me with every aspect of securing a new roof and gutters for my hail damaged house. He knew how to deal with my insurance company and held my hand through the claim process. His crews did an excellent job of installation and clean up. Everyone was polite, nice and professional. All was completed in a timely manner and I am very happy with the results. I highly recommend Eric and his company!

Eric knows what customer service means: very responsive, patient (answered ALL my questions) and thorough. The product is high quality and the craftsmanship is superb. They completed my large roof in 2 days and thoroughly cleaned up the mess despite the windy conditions. Virtual estimate followed by high tech drone pictures. Crane-placed materials. Moreover it was the least disruptive roof replacement I have been through (military family, its our third!). We could not be happier with the finished product and have already invited NVB back to bid on future projects! Highly recommend NVB for your roofing (and other) needs!

My wife and I have had a wonderful experience with NVB Contracting LLC. We've had many roofing companies approach us over our time in our house; however, NVB's professionalism has been top-notch, far exceeding their competition. We've never felt as though we were being prodded to "find" something wrong with our roof. Rather, their inspection was thorough and honest, and their communication throughout the entire process was clear, efficient, and effective. I appreciate them taking the time to walk us through everything in the entire process, it has really been a pleasant experience.
