Neil was highly recommended to me from the builder of my house. He has replaced spigots, faucets, toilet flushers. He installed my water heater. Recently he diagnosed and fixed a drain pipe leak that's been going on for years. Neil's customer communication skills are excellent. When I text him with a problem, he gets back to me within minutes. When he schedules a call, he arrives at the promised time. He texts that he's on his way. Neil is very knowledgeable and he shares that knowledge with me so that I understand what's going on. He's very personable and I enjoy our conversations. I highly recommend him.

He has experience in a lot of areas, very positive experience, he always explains what he is doing as well as he is very clear, excellent communication and customer service, overall great experience with him, as he would walk me through was doing.
