Noor is without a doubt, one of the most dishonest and unethical people I've worked with. He quoted us $409K for a dispensary remodel in Milo and we ended up paying him $582K. There were about $40-$50K in qualified change orders and he over charged us about $120K. At the end of the project, he said we owed him an additional $165K and put a lien on our property (see below). In total, he quoted us $409K and he ended up charging us $747K for a 1500 square foot retail store remodel. If you need a bathroom remodel, maybe try a quote from him. Anything bigger, go elsewhere. Excellent responsiveness, professional and efficient crew, and high quality work. Would definitely hire again. ETA: I wanted to edit my review to accurately reflect the situation. I had been left in the lurch by a contractor who was hired to do this project and subsequently put me off several times before I finally told them I was going to find someone else. NME responded super quickly to my request for an estimate, gave me a fair price, and confirmed a start date for my job. Not long after I had a completed porch rebuild. I know who my first call will be the next time I need work done on my house!

I was on here for months looking for someone to come out. Everyone would come do a consultation and say their time frame after (3-4months out). Not NME, they came out and gave me a real time frame and sent real people. I had them to do two projects at once and they knocked them out simultaneously. Big thanks to Noor and Dave! I will definitely be using them in the future!

NME Builders rebuilt and painted a small deck for me this summer. Noor and the contractors were professional and communication was great. I am happy with how the deck turned out.

We had NME Builders repair most of our deck by replacing all of the stairs, balusters, top rails and lattice and we couldn't be happier with the end result. The deck is above and beyond our expectations - it's absolutely beautiful! Everyone we dealt with was extremely professional. We were very impressed with how they left our home every day. They cleaned and picked up and left our yard spotless. I would recommend Noor and all the guys, Dave, Phil & Mike were awesome. Quality work, professional, and a pleasure to work with. Noor and his crew did a great job for us. He was very professional, gave lots of advice along the way, did an excellent job of coordinating the timing of his highly skilled workers to make best use of the time. We are very happy with our beautiful new bathroom from NME.
