The 3 stars is not related to the quality of their work. It is related to the fact that they turned up without face masks even though I specifically told them that it was required if they were not vaccinated. I would not let them in and after an hour of them just sitting outside, I called the owner and cancelled the job. They kept my deposit. I have heard they do good work, but I am the customer and paying them. I think they showed a great disrespect for me as their customer. I let them know DAYS before they came to work that this was a requirement because of my health problem. That they kept my deposit after that was just not appropriate because they were the ones that came unready to do the work. The only reason I am not giving them 1 star is because I do not feel that this should impact their rating that much. Like I said earier, I have heard they do good work. and I am sorry that I did not get to use them. However, they need to upgrade their customer support.

They went above and beyond my expectations. Very courteous and cleaned up well when the work was done.
