My white kitchen cabinets had turned yellow from a bad paint job. Steven came in, assessed the situation, quoted the job, came out painted them a beautiful soft White. They look like new cabinets. He truly is a craftsman.

I have never dealt with anybody more reliable, knowledgeable, detail oriented, trustworthy and just an all-around joy to work with as Stephan. He did an absolutely fantastic job and it was worth every penny spent. We are thrilled with our cabinets, they look better than when they were brand new. A++++ job.

The cabinets I have are not supposed to be able to paint per the manufactor. The product that Nhance uses works beautifully over any cabinet. My cabs were expresso changed to an off white color with a glaze. Much lower price than replacing the cabinets.

Efficient, friendly, environmentally friendly product (no smell), quick drying, done in an hour with the repair. Looks like new!

I was faced with a big decision about my hardwood floors that were buried under built-up wax and dog hair. I did not want to endure the mess and disruption of having them sanded, and I dreaded having to buy new flooring. I heard of NHance and thought it might be too good to be true. That was before I met Stephen Taylor. When he came to give me a quote, I was impressed with his knowledge, enthusiasm and his "can do" attitude. His price was fair, and I hired him. I am so thrilled with the results. In addition to the regular wear, some of the floor had places where the finish was gone. Stephen matched those areas to the rest of the floor. My floors are beautiful again and more durable than when first installed, thanks to the finish Stephen uses. In addition to being an excellent craftsman, Stephen is a man of integrity. I was very comfortable having him in my home. In fact, I left on errands while he was working. He is a rare find. I highly recommend Stephen Taylor.

Well worth the wait

This is an update of my experience with Stephen Taylor with NHance. Since I last posted, I have had a chance to really test the floors in many ways with cooking, pets etc. The finish seems almost impervious to water and spills of all kinds. When Stephen told me all I would need was to vacuum the floors and occasionally mop, I was very skeptical. I am not easily impressed, but this finish has won me over. Normally it is difficult for me to accept workmen in our home but Stephen was so respectful and so easy to work with. I felt very at ease with him being in our house. We interviewed many businesses before we chose NHance. It was the best decision of our remodeling project. Thanks Stephen!!!!

Stephen with NHance truly loves what he does and it shows in his work. It was well worth the 3 month wait. Our hardwood floors look great. The process is dustless and extremely quick to dry. He accomplished, we believe, better in two days than other estimators said would take 4-7 days. Stephen was thorough in his detailing and in the explanation of the process and was very considerate of the home space. I would very highly recommend.

Stephen is an "old school" craftsman who owns the homeowner/craftsman relationship from start through finish. He starts by exploring the homeowner's objectives, likes/dislikes, and market trends. He helped us balance our short- and long-term objectives (improving the day-to-day experience, as well as ensuring that the kitchen would "wow" potential buyers when we decide to sell). Although I (the reviewer) wanted a certain effect, my wife wanted another--radically different effect. After signing the contract, my wife and I continued our discussions. Although we had spent over an hour with Stephen at the outset, he understood our quandary and came out again to explore our options. Thank goodness Stephen and my wife prevailed. Our medium-dark oak cabinetry had experienced considerable drying over the 18 years since it was installed; this produced a pronounced and unsightly grain exposure on the end cuts. Another problem was the widely differing shades of the doors and drawers. If you have the pleasure of working with Stephen in the future, you will know (and appreciate) his ability to fully communicate what he will do, how it will be done, and what to expect. Throughout the process, Stephen answered questions and interacted with me to ensure my expectations were met. The project was completed per schedule. Stephen carefully brought all doors, side panels, kick plates, and drawers' tones/colors into visual consistency. The previously gnarly cabinetry now glows in the afternoon sun, a perfect complement to our new quartz countertops. We are very pleased with the end result that, by far; exceeds our expectations. I appreciate that he and my wife convinced me to follow a better approach. We highly recommend Stephen and the NHance products that he used on the project.
