The were prompt and courteous and did a great job.

NG Flooring provided a far superior product Gaia LVP than Home Depot /Lowes, at almost the same price and was over a thousand cheaper than Empire Today. I liked that the owner, himself, came to estimate the job. Gave more details than typical estimators. NG Flooring's quote was also easier to understand than the big box stores. He called out some items that needed to be replaced that the big box stores didn't. His installer (who is an NG Flooring employee and not an outside contractor) showed up on time. Was comfortable enough to leave installer in home alone while I picked up kids from School. Installer was respectful and cleaned up work spaces, even swept our front porch as part of clean up. He went above and beyond to fix some carpet where the LVP flooring and pet damaged carpet met up. My only slight complaint is that I think the owner - Nazar - should delegate more to his employees and maybe appoint team leads - because sometime he was slow to respond because he's probably managing all the jobs, himself. SUGGESTION: Maybe he should split workload 50% with a trusted assistant. Assign a team lead to projects. SUGGESTION: I'd also encourage NG Flooring to get some sorta secure electronic payment system so customers can put down deposits electronically rather than physical checks. But overall - small business owner who has access to more product and far superior specs than Big Box corporations at a lower price. So ya get a better product for same or lower price. A win-win!

Nazar and his team (Vitaliy) at N G Floors, did an amazing job on my floors and fireplace. It was not an easy job because the last two guys I hired did a horrible job, glued the floor pieces (LVP) together, and made a big mess in my home... I received 7 estimates before hiring N G Floors. Nazar was on top of it from the beginning with his transparent and detailed estimate and of course his amazing positive attitude while everyone else that came to give me an estimate only complained and provided me with confusing and vague estimates. Vitaliy from N G Floors did an amazing job, placing each piece down himself and texted me photos of the floor and their progress throughout the day. Truly an amazing service and I am very pleased and happy with the finished product. Thank you so much for all your hard work and great customer service. They have a remarkable positive attitude and deliver great work. I highly recommend them and will hire them again for my next projects. Thank you again and Happy New Year!

Nazar and his team were fantastic! To start, Nazar was clearly an expert in the estimate, understandably explaining the process and my options. His quote was significantly less than the other 2 I received. Nazar and Emilio were incredibly patient through my indecision selecting a floor, and even though they have a plethora of options, brought in new a vendor offering which I loved! Lastly, the install crew was clean, kind, respectful and efficient. They moved all furniture and kept the space so clean. High quality job and I love my new floors! They did up and downstairs full house, but I particularly love the staircase! 😍 Thank you, Nazar and team. I have referred them several times already and will absolutely use them again!
